Those with combination skin (oily skin with dehydration) can't escape the battle against 'blackheads' and 'whiteheads'. 🙄
One of the products known for its excellent blackhead removal effects is 'CHINOSHIOYA Cleansing Oil'.
You can find countless user testimonials online, and I've been using it for over two years and have been very satisfied.
Jojoba seed oil, which has a similar structure to sebum, melts away skin impurities,
and artichoke leaf extractis said to help tighten pores, preventing them from becoming prominent.
After cleansing, seeing my smooth, refined nose bridge made it impossible for me to use any other product.
However,it's a Japanese productso it's quite expensive, and I've always wondered if there's a similar Korean product available.
I've tried many other products, but unfortunately, I haven't found anything that can match 'Chinoshioya'.
None of them provided that unique squeaky-clean feeling as sebum was washed away.
Then I discovered 'Comma9 Mild Pore Cleansing Oil'.
I came across a blog post that said, "I finally found a domestic product that can replace 'Chinoshioya Cleansing Oil'," and decided to give it a try.
I felt that the cleansing power of both products was almost identical,
but the Comma9 product was more irritating when it got directly into my eyes during cleansing.
Other than that, I was satisfied with it in every way.
Chinoshioya Cleansing Oil 150ml 32,900 KRW
Comma9 Cleansing Oil 210ml 19,900 KRW
The price is also much more affordable. In fact, that's the most appealing aspect.
There was a period (over a year) when the Comma9 product was out of stock, and there was no estimated restock date.
Even when I inquired, I only received a response saying that it was not scheduled for restocking, so I thought it might be discontinued.
So, I switched back to Chinoshioya, but thankfully, they've started selling it again.
Just in case (in case it went out of stock again), I bought 5 at once. 😂
I'm almost out of it now, so I'll be repurchasing soon.
If you have oily skin with a lot of sebum production that requires daily care, I highly recommend cleansing with a <cleansing oil>.
