Many locations in the 20-second video from KBS News Plaza featured beautiful autumn scenery, including late autumn leaves and reeds!autumn scenery!

I was happy to be reminded of cycling across the Yangsu Bridge.

I should try it again when the weather warms up.

Siwha Lake

It is an artificial lake created in Siheung, Ansan, and Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do.

It was named <Siwha Lake> after the first letters of Siheung and Hwaseong, the cities located at both ends of the entire seawall.

Siwha Lake once had many problems due to water pollution, but through continuous management,

it has become a habitat for birds and tidal flat creatures that are protected as natural monuments.

As September approaches, it becomes the season when the sun rises between the Siwha Lake towers, making ita famous photography spot.

Yangsu Bridge

Yangsu Bridge is a railway bridge connecting Ungilsan Mountain and Yangsu Station.

A bicycle path connecting the Namhan River and the Bukhan Riverhas been established, and beginners can rent bicycles at Yangsu Station and cycle along the path.

It's a perfect course for creating memories, not just for speed.

Spring and autumn are perfect seasons for cycling.

Jeon Tae-il Labor Activist Memorial Statue (Pyeongwha Market)

Seoul has established various memorial facilities to commemorate Jeon Tae-il, a labor activist who is a symbol of the labor movement and holds significant meaning in the history of modern Korea.Jeon Tae-il.

These facilities have been established.

On November 13, 1970, Jeon Tae-il, amidst the harsh labor environment, self-immolated in front of Pyeongwha Market in Seoul, demanding the observance of the Labor Standards Act. This year marks the 54th anniversary.

He championed workers' rights by shouting, “Observe the Labor Standards Act! We are not machines!”, becoming a catalyst for the Korean labor movement.

His sacrifice was more than just an incident; it is recorded as the starting point of the Korean labor and democratization movements, considered to be of high preservation value.

To commemorate his spirit, Seoul created‘Jeon Tae-il Street’ in 2005 near Pyeongwha Market on Cheonggyecheon-ro.‘Jeon Tae-il Street’.

Here, on the Cheonggyecheon willow bridge,a memorial statue and plaque for Jeon Tae-ilare installed.

In 2013, the main road between Buildings A and B of Sindang-dong Pyeongwha Market, known as the location of Jeon Tae-il’s self-immolation,was designated as a ‘Seoul Future Heritage’ site..

This location is considered a historical site that vividly shows the sacrifices and suffering that workers had to endure during South Korea’s period of rapid economic growth.

Incheon Bridge: Songdo Reed Field

The Songdo reed field, with the Incheon Bridge visible in the distance, is an open space where you can take pictures with the Incheon Bridge in the background.

Jangsaengpo Whale Culture Village

Established in 2015, the Whale Culture Village recreates the appearance of the old Jangsaengpo whaling village, featuring

Whale Square, Old Jangsaengpo Village, Prehistoric Whale Square, Whale Sculpture Garden, Aquatic Plant Garden, and more.

You can explore a park with various themes and stories.

It’s a unique experiential space where you can experience and learn about various whales through life-size whale representations. Ulsan Sports Park: Maronie-gil

The 275,000-pyeong sports park is harmoniously integrated with natural forests, featuring

approximately 9,221 trees (including conifers and pines) and 233,043 shrubs (including azaleas and rhododendrons).

The lakeside walking path, 2002 meters long, was created to commemorate the 2002 Seoul World Cup.

Bangamori Beach

Located near the Bangamori Port passenger terminal, where ferries to Seungbongdo and Jaweoldo Islands depart,

it’s a small beach witha sandy beach approximately 500 meters long.

While it doesn’t have many amenities, it’s accessible by car via the Sihwa Lake Seawall and the proximity to the Daebudo entrance makes it a popular destination.

Above the sandy beach isa pine forest, allowing you to relax in the shade and enjoy the cool sea breeze.

On weekends, you can enjoyforest campingwithout extra camping fees, which is a big attraction.

You can dig for clams on the tidal flats when the tide goes out..

There are many restaurants nearby serving clam noodle soup, grilled clams, and other seafood.
