Sunset Spot in Chungju: Gunjimaeul Village Scenic Photo Point

Gunjimaeul Village, renowned for Chungjuho Lake, is a famous sunset spot nationwide, with the Namhan River as its backdrop.

The Namhan River flows in an S-shape, and a farming village is situated on the right side.

The most beautiful sunset can be seen in mid-March and mid-September when the sun sets over the upper part of the Namhan River.

You can get there by entering 'Jodong Neighborhood Park' or '824-1, Jodong-ri, Dongnyang-myeon, Chungju-si' into your navigation system.

There is a parking lot and public restrooms. You can park there and walk up, or you can drive all the way up to the scenic spot.
